The normal size vehicle of will be 1.5m x 1.5m x 3m, about the same size as the interior of a normal saloon car. It will feel quite capacious, as the road wheels and suspension will be small and there will be no engine. Longer vehicles may be used but they will not be able to use the automatic parking envisaged.

The light, dual mode (road and track), electric vehicles are automatically controlled when on the passive Maglev (Magnetic Levitation) track system, and driver controlled when on normal roads. They will be battery powered for the short distances they need to travel on normal roads and electrically powered when on the track.

No driver action is required during on-track operation so reading, working and sleeping are options. The non-contact suspension makes the vehicle quiet and comfortable.

Any type of vehicle can be despatched from one access point to another, or to a specific depot, without a driver on board. This is particularly attractive for freight transport.

Occupants may initiate action at any time to divert off the track, change destination or make an emergency stop. Airline style seating for up to six in a standard size car is envisaged.
